Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson, renowned for his muscular physique, occasionally requires a bit of assistance. Recently, images emerged of Johnson on the set of the live-action adaptation of “Moana,” sparking curiosity about his appearance. He admitted to utilizing a bodysuit for the project.

In an interview with “Extra,” Johnson discussed his portrayal of Maui, derived from the beloved animated series, and revealed he couldn't solely attribute his muscular appearance to personal efforts in the upcoming film.

Johnson remarked, “That’s a suit that took quite a while to put on.” He expressed his delight when people commented on his bulked-up look, indicating the suit's effectiveness in creating the illusion.

The process of donning the suit demands “a couple of hours every day of transforming,” according to Johnson. He recounted the struggle to maintain privacy during outdoor shoots, noting, “When those pictures surfaced, I thought, ‘Damn, we got caught,’ as we had erected barriers to deter paparazzi.” Yet, photographers managed to capture images from boats, breaching their defenses.

Meanwhile, “Moana 2,” the animated sequel, is currently dominating the box office. Johnson announced the live-action rendition is slated for a 2026 theatrical release.
